Cookie policy
Last updated: March 18, 2026
KALIRA uses a small number of cookies and browser storage mechanisms to make the service work. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. This page explains exactly what we store, why, and for how long.
3.What we do not use
KALIRA does not use:
- Analytics cookies: no Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, or equivalent third-party analytics.
- Advertising cookies: no retargeting pixels, ad network tracking, or behavioral profiling.
- Social media tracking: no Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or equivalent tracking scripts.
- Third-party tracking: cookie data is not shared with third parties beyond Supabase, which operates the authentication infrastructure.
If this changes, we will update this policy with at least 30 days' notice and, where required by applicable law, seek your consent before placing new non-essential cookies.
4.Third-party services
KALIRA uses Supabase as its database, authentication, and storage provider. Supabase sets the sb-access-token and sb-refresh-token cookies on behalf of KALIRA. These are first-party functional cookies scoped to kaliratech.com. Supabase does not use them to track you across other websites.
Supabase processes data in the Singapore AWS region (ap-southeast-1). See the Supabase privacy policy for details.
5.Your choices
Essential cookies cannot be disabled without breaking the service. They are strictly necessary for authentication.
Functional storagecan be cleared through your browser's developer tools or storage settings. Clearing kalira_label_prefs resets your label print preferences. Clearing kalira_offline deletes any unsynced offline events. Only do this if you are certain the data has already synced.
Clearing all site data for kaliratech.com through your browser privacy settings will log you out of the application.
6.Legal basis (GDPR)
For users in the EEA, Switzerland, and the UK, KALIRA processes cookies under the following legal bases:
- Essential cookies: Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Session authentication cannot function without these cookies.
- Functional storage: Legitimate interests. Storing preferences reduces friction for daily users. You can clear this data at any time.
Because we do not use analytics or advertising cookies, we do not rely on consent as a legal basis for cookie placement. If we add non-essential cookies in future, we will implement a consent mechanism before doing so.
7.Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if we add, change, or remove cookies or storage mechanisms. Material changes (such as adding analytics) will be communicated via email and an in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect.

We have written this policy to be as plain-language as possible. If something is confusing or you believe we have omitted a cookie, please email us and we will investigate and update the policy accordingly.
